Mikaelah

Mikaelah Molifua is a senior in high school and has just been diagnosed with cancer. She now spends days at a time in the hospital for chemotherapy treatments, but will spend that night at a varsity sports banquet and the next day at school and baseball practice (she still works as the varsity wrestling and varsity baseball team manager, a cheerleader, and a softball player). Her family’s story and her school’s support make Mikaelah one of the most loved and strongest people I have met while working. It was great to work with her and I can’t wait to see how she is doing at her senior prom next week!  Read Mikaelah’s story of strength here.

Lincoln after Liberia
